Exercise can be viewed as ‘cement’, it holds together the foundations that have been laid out during massage therapy. The subversion is also true; when we exercise, we often require massage to help the body release stress, recover from injury and perform at its best.

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, on your road to recovery, or maybe you’re training for your next sporting event, 1:1 Training can support you every step of the way. An average session can last between 45-60 minutes, or more depending upon your needs and requirements.
